Practice the calligraphy letters you have learned in classes or be adventurous with new tools for your art. We will work on lettering, texture and patterns with unusual items - felt, tin foil, popsicle sticks, plastic wrap and other found materials using inks, paint and watercolor pencils. We will make our own pen, too. We can make shapes and have fun at the same time using limited tools and lots of imagination. At the end of the class, you may not have a piece of art completed, but you will be inspired and have lots of ideas for having fun on your own. Be ready to play! You will need to bring a pencil, eraser, masking tape, ruler, scissors, apron or painting shirt (or wear old clothes), notebook and reading glasses (if needed) to the class.=0D=0A=0D=0AStart time:6-8:30 p.m.
