Trollwood Performing Arts School offers Summer Strings, for students who have completed grades 5-12 in spring of 2008. Led by area strings instructors and professional musicians, students will experience age-appropriate sectional study, one-on-one coaching, and performance training.

Summer Strings guest artists include Ben Sung, violinist and concert master for the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony, and Alex Pershounin, bassist and professor at Minnesota State University-Moorhead. Trollwood Summer Strings instructors are Dan Italiano, Allison Hammer, Ann Schuler, and Tim Nelson, all strings instructors with the Fargo Public Schools.
