RRWS Watercolor Guest Artist Presentation Russel Norber

Our formal Tuesday night meetings will kick off again. Our first guest artist of the year will be Russel Norberg, who is a fantastic watercolor painter. He has a gallery in Nisswa and has been tremendously successful. He is master at the wet and wet wash and does glorious detailed landscapes of the Midwest .
