Dinsmore is the author of My Name is Child of God…not “Those People,” who as a child grew up in poverty and as an adult found herself living below the poverty line. Her book of poetry, songs, and stories reveal what is like to be poor in America. This event is co-sponsored by the FM Coalition for Homeless Persons and the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County (HCS). Admission benefits Central Cities Ministries Community Fund and HCS.
