The Pillowman

Add Review/Comment
Theatre B rings in 2009 with the deeply unsettling and incredibly thought provoking adult drama, The Pillowman, by Martin McDonagh. Staged by seasoned director, Brad Delzer (A Tuna Christmas, Sylvia, Kuwait), starring B favorites Scott Horvik and Tucker Lucas, and featuring local actors Joe Geinert and Stephen Wilson, The Pillowman is certain to pack a punch and leave the audience breathless. In McDonagh’s twisted and often terrifying tale, Katurian (Wilson) is interrogated about the gruesome content of his short stories and their similarities to a number of recent child murders. As he tries to explain his notions of truth and justice to the darkly comic and contradictory cops, Katurian is forced to choose between his family, his art, and his own life.
