Joe Rogers, Colorado Former Lt. Governor, who served as the youngest lieutenant governor in the country and the highest ranking African American state elected official, will present The Dream Alive Program at Minnesota State University in the Comstock Memorial Union Ballroom.

The Dream Alive Program is an acclaimed and uplifting dedication to the memory and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. and leaders of the Civil Rights Movement.
