A Pulitzer Prize and Tony-winning play, The Heidi Chronicles dramatizes the journey of art historian Heidi Holland as she navigates friendship, love, career and society. Caustically funny, achingly moving and brilliantly insightful, the play is also the story of the baby boomer generation. It is ultimately, however, the entertaining and thought-provoking story of a woman from prep school to mid-life in the tumultuous years from 1965 through 1989, a woman holding steadfast to her identity and ideals in the midst of major cultural change.
