Introduction to Focusing

A free Introduction to Focusing will be offered at the Spirit Room on Friday, March 27 at 7:00 pm by mentor Catherine Rogers MIIM, MQP. Attendees will have a chance to experience what it feels like to access sources of inner wisdom that they may not have encountered or used before. They will follow a process of relating to their inner selves in a gentle and respectful way and find fresh ways to move forward on whatever topic is chosen from the attendee’s personal life. The technique is not interactive so attendees will learn techniques that they can use on their own without a teacher.
