The Fargo Public Library is offering a series of concerts starting at 2 p.m. at the downtown Main Library on three Saturdays in February. Entitled "World Music in Winter", concerts are scheduled for Feb. 13 - Poco Fuego, Feb. 20 - Silver Roots and Feb. 27 - members of the group Poitin.
