Hip Hop Don’t Stop 2010

After a successful first year, Plains Art Museum will again partner with Idehaus to present Hip Hop Don’t Stop, a week of aerosol art creation and hip hop events to be held from July 9 - 11. The centerpiece of the week’s activities will be the creation of an aerosol art mural at 1101 1st Ave S, Fargo. The mural will be painted with cooperation from recognized graffitists EAST, EMIT, QUIST, JAWSH and DAESK. All events are free and open to the public.

Schedule of events:

• July 9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Aerosol art mural creation at 1101 1st Avenue South, Fargo.
• July 9, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Graffiti artist extraordinaire “East” discusses his work and the development of the art form.
• July 9, 7 p.m.: B-Boy Battle at The Hub Entertainment Destination (The Venue).
• July 10, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.: Aerosol art mural creation at 1101 1st Avenue South, Fargo.
• July 11, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.: Aerosol art mural creation at 1101 1st Avenue South, Fargo.
