    The Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society will be hosting its Botanic Garden Spring Luncheon and Silent Auction, at Ramada Plaza Suites, Symphony Hall. Container Gardens and garden décor items will be auctioned and live music will be performed by the Borderline Strings. Sadafumi Uchiyama, who is a master builder of Japanese gardens, curator of the Portland Japanese Garden, and builder of the Fargo Japanese Garden, will be the guest speaker. Proceeds from the luncheon will support the Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society which is developing a Japanese garden at the Northern Plains Botanic Garden in Fargo. Tickets for the luncheon are $30 per person and can be reserved by calling 701-293-9696 or 701-492-8902.
