Plant Portraits Workshop

The Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society will host a Plant Portraits Workshop with watercolor artist Sandra Miles on Saturday, October 2nd, from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at the Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society Greenhouse, 1201 28th Ave N, Fargo.

Workshop participants can enjoy and express the beauty of nature through simple drawings and watercoloring of garden plants, leaves and weeds with a # 2 pencil and a permanent fine ball pen.

9x12 watercolor paper and a box of paints are included with the workshop. The cost per person with a child is $30.00. The workshop fee for NPBGS members is $25.00. Children must be accompanied by an adult; adults may attend solo. Participants may bring pressed leaves, dried weeds and flower stalks to share. Refreshments will be provided.
