Wellness Wednesday to be Held on Wednesday, October 20
Seminar is free and open to the public

Moorhead, Minn., Oct. 11, 2010 – The Senior Wellness Coalition of Fargo-Moorhead will host a half day Wellness Seminar on depression issues as we age titled “Life Isn’t Always A Treat” Wednesday, October 20, 2010 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the Hjemkomst Center, 202 1st Ave. N. in Moorhead.

Symptoms such as insomnia, inability to complete normal routine, irritability, short temper, withdrawal from family and friends should not be ignored The seminar is free and recommended for adults 50 and over. The schedule of events includes presentations from Stacie Loegering, Director of Information and Crisis Services, FirstLink, Staff from Prairie St. Johns and Susan Helgeland, Executive Director, Mental Health America and time to visit with area vendors. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited and pre-registration is required by Oct. 19. To reserve your spot, please contact Julie Marxen at (218) 299-5514.
