PIPPIN is an electrifying, tongue-in-cheek fairy tale that dazzles audiences with a kaleidoscope of sights and sounds. In this anachronistic adventure, Prince Pippin, son of King Charlemagne the Great, embarks upon a quest for true personal fulfillment while seeking his own corner of the sky. He relishes the glories of the battlefield, savors the temptations of the flesh, embroils himself in political intrigues and grapples with the commonness of domesticated living. Nothing seems to satisfy him—or so he thinks—and for the first time Pippin is faced with the choice of selfishness vs. selflessness as he discovers what really is important in one’s life.

Featuring an energetic pop-influenced score by multi-award-winning composer/lyricist Stephen Schwartz (GODSPELL, WICKED, and the animated films Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Prince Of Egypt), PIPPIN bursts with one show-stopping number after another including: "Magic to Do," "Morning Glow" and "Corner of the Sky."
