NPBGS Herb Harvest Workshop

Participants will learn to harvest and preserve herbs. We will explore methods for drying and freezing herbs as well as make herb vinegar, pesto, and herb butter. Each participant will take home a container of pesto, a bottle of herb vinegar, and some herb butter. All supplies are included. Come prepared to have some fun preserving and tasting the herbs!
