February 5, 2012
Add Review/Comment
Each year 1.7 million people sustain a traumatic brain injury. The majority of these cases (75%) are mild, commonly referred to as concussion. Public interest in brain injury is growing, in large part due to increased attention to mild brain injury in the athletic community. Our goal for this course is to discuss assessment and diagnosis of concussion. Most importantly, we will be discussing factors that contribute to successful recovery and rehabilitation after injury.
