This text and photo exhibit by the State Historical Society of North Dakota explains the legislation passed during Lincoln's presidency of special interest to the development of North Dakota. The Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County will also provide information on the same legislation's impace in Clay County, Minn. The exhibit runs Jan. 8 to Feb. 28.
