A blues festival in the middle of a North Dakota winter. How appropriate. This year's line-up includes: Blues Tonic - 4 p.m. Little Bobby and the Storm - 5 p.m. Corey Stevens - 6:30 p.m. James Solberg Band - 8 p.m. Nora Jean Bruso, feat. Carl Weathersby - 10 p.m. (must be 21+ to attend)
