Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra

The Fargo-Moorhead Symphony provides high quality orchestral music through live regional performance, and supports related projects such as education, regional outreach, special recordings, and performance projects.

The mission of the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony is to provide our region with the opportunity to experience live orchestral music, including performances by local, regional, national, and international guest artists; to provide musicians in the community with the opportunity to perform such music; to promote artistic excellence in musical performance; and to contribute to the musical education of our community.

      I remember listening to St Paul Sunday Morning back in the early 90's and hearing "Little Tricker the Squirrel ..." narrated by Ken Kesey. This is a fantastic story and very entertaining for children.... Expand

      I remember listening to St Paul Sunday Morning back in the early 90's and hearing "Little Tricker the Squirrel ..." narrated by Ken Kesey. This is a fantastic story and very entertaining for children. I have looked several times since then for a recording of it without success. Art Maddox's score for this story is timely and exciting and moves the imagination along in anticipation of Big Double's next conquest and Tricker's next antic.If I lived anywhere close to Fargo I would definitely go to hear this performance.
