Fargo-Moorhead Chamber Chorale

Mission Statement: To perform quality vocal chamber music that engages, inspires and educates.

The Fargo-Moorhead Chamber Chorale is an auditioned, volunteer community choir which draws singers from the FM area and surrounding communities. While a number of the singers are music educators, others come from a variety of backgrounds, including real estate, medicine, architecture and more. What they have in common is their love for choral music.

Auditions are held by appointment, so if you love to sing and would like to be part of our group, give us a call at 701-491-2910 and ask for Sheila Christensen, General Manager or email us at fmchamberchorale@yahoo.com to make an appointment.

The Chamber Chorale has brought superior chamber chorale music to the stage for more than 30 years and feels it is important to bring quality artistic performances to the community as a whole.

Concert costs are covered by the sale of concert tickets, grants, choir membership fees and benefactors.

Grants
The Fargo Moorhead Chamber Chorale is a proud member of The Arts Partnership. Funding for the FMCC is provided, in part, by grants from the following organizations: the North Dakota Council on the Arts, an entity of the State of North Dakota, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and The Arts Partnership, with funds provided by the cities of Fargo and Moorhead. The Alex Stern Family Foundation; and the Fargo-Moorhead Area foundation, through the Carol L. Stoudt Fund, a component Fund of the FM Area Foundation. This organization is also supported by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council through a Minnesota State Legislative appropriation.

Benefactors
The Fargo Moorhead Chamber Chorale continues to bring you some of the finest chamber music concerts available today, but we need your financial support to do so. We are committed to keeping ticket prices low and have not raised our prices this year. Unfortunately ticket sales are not enough to fully pay the costs of bringing concerts to the public. We rely upon fundraising, grants, donations from businesses and individuals like yourself to help support our performance productions.
