Angels of the Muse
Angels of the Muse is a nonprofit arts entertainment organization which was started in November 2001. A "Muse" is defined as "any of the nine sister goddesses of learning and the arts in Greek mythology; a source of inspiration." That is the goal of Angels; to be a source of inspiration to those who are in need of it.
Angels of the Muse provides a much needed social service function by inspiring the underserved populations of the FM area. The populations we reach are the elderly in nursing homes, all ages that are homeless and destitute, the young in hospitals, youth in detention and juvenile facilities, and the very young in daycare centers for underpriveleged children. Since January of 2002 we have been providing regular monthly entertainment for Nokomis Childcare Center in Fargo, Churches United for the Homeless, Fraser Hall, Friendship, Dakota Boys Ranch and others.
