Bachmeier Pottery and Sculpture is a family-run, home based business located two miles south of Fargo. The business has been open for 15 years and features the ceramic work of Brad Bachmeier. Brad is primarily known for his low-fire ceramic forming and firing techniques which include raku, pit-fire, saggar, slip-resist, and horse-hair. Brad's work has been collected and acclaimed nationally, most recently with the 2007 national NICHE award in wheel-thrown ceramics. Brad is a sought after workshop presenter fr both forming and firing techniques as well as topics on the business and marketing of art.
