Enhancing the cities of Wahpeton, North Dakota & Breckenridge, Minnesota and the vicinity since 1997. Mission Statement: Three Rivers Arts Council strives to increase awareness of, appreciation for and involvement with the arts in our community by seeking out artists, promoting arts events and helping potential artists achieve their goals through community outreach, public relations and art education.
